There's only one place to begin this week's email and that is with Jordan Spieth who finds himself £7.5 million pounds richer. He has had a truly remarkable season by anyone's standards, and capped it off in fantastic style by claiming victory in the Tour Championship to secure the FedEx Cup title. The Masters and US Open champion started the day one clear before going on to shoot a one-under-par 69 to win by four.
Taking a look back at Spieth's year, victory in the Masters saw him climb to number two in the world, a position he held for around four months behind Rory McIlroy until a second placed finish in the PGA Championship saw him hit the top of the rankings. With this status came a new pressure on the 22-year-old Texan who struggled to live with these heights, missing two cuts in a row at The Barclays and Deutsche Bank Championship after which he fell to number three in the world.
But his latest win, albeit in a field of just 28 players, with him knowing exactly what was at stake, is just as impressive as any other of his wins this year. It'll be interesting to see if he can cement his place as number one, or will Jason Day and Rory McIlroy continue to trade blows in the battle to be the world's best golfer?

Glen Qualifies for Turkey
Assistant Professional Glen Portelli who will be joining Darren Charlton and David Salisbury in Turkey in late November after producing a late charge to clinch third spot on the Order of Merit.
Glen needed to finish in the top 3 in the last event of the year and hope results go his way to ensure he could qualify for the PGA play off's in Turkey late November.
After shooting 69 & 69 Glen had a nail biting wait to see if he was to make the top 3. This now means Glen will have the chance to Qualify for next year's BMW championship at Wentworth. Good Luck Glen!
