Last week I gave you the benefits of shopping with me and I really appreciate the feedback I got regarding this. In a highly competitive industry, I will continue to match the prices of the online retail giants. When it comes to new products, I pride myself in being able to provide the same prices as the superstores, with the added benefit of high quality customer service and care.

We check every club that we sell and why is that important? Well, this week we helped a number of golfers but two had similar issues.

- Both had purchased golf clubs elsewhere (before they were members here)
- Both struggled to centre their strikes on their irons.
- Both had bought golf clubs that were meant to be standard length and lie.
- Both had been sold clubs that were too long and at least 2 degrees upright.
- Both had been sold clubs that did not match the specs they thought they were buying.
- Both nearly gave up the game because of it.
- Both will definitely not get clubs from places that don’t check the clubs build.
